CROWELL INTERIOR COLLECTION'S TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:
Customers are required to review and confirm all layouts, dimensions, estimates, and invoices before placing all orders. Crowell Cabinetry will not be responsible for any mistakes found on orders after they have been confirmed and/or paid for. All cabinets and accessories have a unique code that directly represents the item being purchased, it is up to the account holder to read everything line by line and read the description for all lines before confirming any orders. Please review all orders before confirming.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We require a full deposit in order to initiate all cabinetry orders. No Exceptions Will Be Made.
– All Debit & Credit card transactions are subject to 3% CC Processing Fee.
* We accept all major credit cards: VISA – AMEX – MASTERCARD – DISCOVER
– Please Allow 1 Business Day for All Checks to Be Cleared Upon Deposit.
* Cash payments or bank checks will be considered same day payment if ordered before 2:00pm. All orders after 2:00pm will be processed next business day.
– All Checks Must Be Made Out to Crowell Cabinetry.
– There is a $35 Fee for bounced checks. Your order will not be released if the payment is not received prior to your pick-up/delivery date.
– After the order is confirmed and paid for, all changes made shall have a restocking fee.
VERBAL PROMISES:
Crowell Cabinetry will not honor any verbal promises. Please make sure to have all requested changes written down on your invoice. Crowell Cabinetry will honor any promise made via e-mails, texts, or recorded audio messages. Due to human nature of forgetfulness and miscommunications, “promises” made over the phone or changes made over the phone will not be honored.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
REFUNDS: All ASSEMBLED sales are final. No Cancellations. No refunds.
RETURNS: All NON-ASSEMBLED returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All NON-ASSEMBLED BOX merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition (No return for assembled or customized items)
BACK-ORDERS: If A Back Order Exists, The buyer will be notified immediately and can either:
1.- Make Changes To Design To Accommodate Stock Availability
2.- Make Changes To Door Selections
3.- Cancel The Order Without Any Fees And Be Issued An Immediate Refund.
DELIVERY: Upon Delivery, A Confirmation Signature Is Required To Verify The Full Completion That All Cabinets Are Delivered & Received. Please Do Not Sign Anything That Is Damaged Or Missing. Refer To Delivery Policy Document For Exact Terms & Conditions.
Sale and delivery of products and services: Crowell Cabinetry will sell to customers the products described in the set forth proposal within a reasonable scope of work.
– Crowell Cabinetry agrees to clean up the immediate installation area after installation resulting only from actual work performed by Crowell Cabinetry. In the event Crowell Cabinetry performs minor cutting on the job site, this may require some covering of the furniture.
– Customer agrees to pay Crowell Cabinetry for any additional costs incurred by Crowell Cabinetry in the performance of this contract resulting from the failure of the customer to notify Crowell Cabinetry of changes or acts of the customer, which result in an additional cost to Crowell Cabinetry. Change orders will be issued upon any changes to the job description written above and must be made in writing and signed before the work can proceed.
– Customers acknowledge that there may be certain risks of damage to the premises during installation. The customer assumes the risk of those damages and agrees not to withhold payment of the contract price should damage occur and will not back charge Crowell Cabinetry for the damages. Crowell Cabinetry is fully insured and licensed.
– After an on-site measurement, Crowell Cabinetry will notify customers of changes in costs due to increases in the measurements or scope of work to be performed. The customer agrees to amend this contract to reflect these changes and increase in cost above the original estimate.
– Should the customer breach this contract in any way or otherwise fail to meet the obligations of this contract and Crowell Cabinetry refers this matter to collection or appropriate legal action, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs and attorney fees incurred by Crowell Cabinetry.
INDEMNIFICATION: Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Crowell Cabinetry, its directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to these terms and/or customer’s order from Crowell Cabinetry, including, but not limited to, claims arising out of or related to the delivery and/or installation of the items ordered, except to the extent caused by Crowell Cabinetry's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
